The Mission of the Church is to bring the message of God's love, especially as evidenced through Jesus Christ, to all the World.  The mission field starts right here, with us, and then also encompasses our neighbors, our country, and in fact our entire World.  We accomplish our mission by living so Christ's love is reflected in our lives for all to see.  This means we are nice, caring, loving.  It also means our actions are in line with our intentions.  We welcome all into our family, and we reach out to also extend our love to those who are not neighbors, who we may never know, never even meet.  In very concrete terms, we are no less fulfilling this mission when we help with Rindge's Food Pantry for those in need than when we help provide support and education to a young lad in Haiti ... it's all one in service to God.
