Annual Organ Concert - Renea Waligora
|
This was the 3rd year in what the Music Committee is supporting as an annual event.
The concerts are not necessarily "organ concert", but we think that most often the organ will in fact be the solo instrument.
Renea Waligora, our soloist this year, is the director of the UCC
church in Keene. Her husband, Robin Dinda,
is an accomplished
musician and composer, and accompanied Renea in several works on the
organ which he had composed.
The music was beautiful, the reception elegant, the attendance at about
75 (about a 50% increase over last year!)
and a grand success overall.
